One Tree Hill Central was created in September 2003 by Mish, who ran the site until March 13, 2004 when due to studies couldnt continue to run the site.

Gaby and Tea took over the site in April 1,2004, relaunching the site soon after.

Andrea, Christine, Hayley and Beth took over the site in early 2008, once again relaunching and updating the site.
